The employees of the company are by and large multi-disciplined in their skills and can therefore be cross assigned to different jobs in order to optimize the use of the labour force. The Company employs a work force of eighteen (18) persons based at our main office at Morne Du Don Rd. and our Machine Shop at the same location. They include:

Two (2) professionally Qualified Engineers; two (2) in full time positions.



Twelve (12) technical employees made up of electrical technicians, machinists, and mechanical technicians.



Two (2) Drafting Technicians



Two (2) acounts and clerical employees for administrative and office support.

Francis & Francis LTD is headed by Mr.John Francis, a Mechanical Engineer.
